Please submit applications for future R4/5 for possible additional alliances in addition to the main alliance!

What you need to bring:

• Experience as R5 for the position of R5!

• Experience, or good online times and knowledge of the subject matter of the R4, the diplomat in particular should know his craft!

If you are now wondering why experience as an R5, the question is easy to answer! We are actually quite open if we have someone in mind to give him the position, but if R5 is not able to assert himself and assert himself as R5, then it can quickly lead to departures from the alliance! We don't want this, the R5 doesn't want this!
When posting R4, we attach importance to the diplomat knowing his craft and knowing when to act aggressively and when to act reserved! Otherwise, we are very flexible in the R5 area and are happy to let newer people take part, of course under the observation of the long-term members and long-term officers here with us! In-game activity in the chat and Discord (optional) should also be present, otherwise you will lose the post again! You are welcome to apply now, but ideally keep an eye on the forum or Discord so that you can see when it starts!
